The infamous waste gate rattle sound cannot go unnoticed. It becomes a nuisance to you and the performance of your vehicle and will eventually make your engine go into "limp mode" aka "low boost".

TPC now offers our own custom wastegate repair kit.  These are a TPC exclusive kit that has the same OEM brackets for easier installation compared to what is out there!  It also comes with the wastegate flapper and a premium stainless steel bushing machined to TPC specs.  These specs are engineered for optimal durability compared to other suppliers.

Bushing OD's are on average ready to press into the turbine housing but some variances may require you to lightly machine down so that the the bushing OD is .0005 to .001'' bigger than the bushing pocket.
