Attention International Customers: Before you fill out this form, please give our Tech Support team a call to get everything squared away!

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Complete the form below and make sure to list all options you want, now. Not sure about something? Please ask.
2. Copy/Paste and Print out this form to refer to as a reference, should the scope of this order creep. We would like to get it all correct the first time. Many revisions not planned on could incur an additional charge.
3. Don’t forget to write the last six digits of your VIN on any email communication to speed up things, Example: “Name / Car / VIN / Date” in subject field.

Missing any of these steps could delay the flashing process, and we know you want to get back on the road as soon as possible!
